Serving several dishes? Think about the whole meal, rather than ordering a full portion of every dish for every guest.

Salad alongside the main
Decide whether your salad is a side or someone’s main meal. That changes how much you’ll need.
Sandwiches to share
A piadina and panino platter includes six sandwiches. Use the sandwich count when planning, rather than the pasta tray sizes.
Lasagna lovers?
Lasagna has its own tray size. Ask your restaurant how many people it will serve.
Something sweet
Check the number of desserts in your order so there’s enough to go around.
